Default Injector Constant vs BLM's

Can I manipulate the BLM's and/or the integrator by changing the FI constants ?? I have a heavily modded 87 and I'm using Tunerpro RT. For whatever reason , the laptop and BIN's arent getting along so I must tune with a PC . Because of the laptop issues I'm scanning with an Auto Xray for data . BLM's are presently in the 118-132 range at most cruise speeds.

If you raise the inj constant it will lean the the tune. If its rich everywhere then it will work. If its rich at cruise and lean at idle, or anywhere, those areas will be leaner.

How does it coincide with BLM's ? Under 128 rich or lean ? I used to know this but I think my brain is losing out to old-timers disease ....

Lower than 128 = rich. I have that old timers thing going too.

You want to set the injector constant at the actual size of the injectors and then change the BLM's by adjusting your MAS tables at the areas where the BLM's are incorrect.

So I am looking at the same situation and have a really basic question:
With EFI why tune to bring the BLM to 128?

Other than not wanting to rely on o2 sensors to determine the Air fuel mixture,
Why not just let the computer adjust the MAF cells with the BLM to achieve the desired air fuel mixture?

128 mean there is no correction which is the middle of the correction range. Usually the car will be a little more responsive when no correction is taking place. I try to get the BLM's to +- 5%.
