Download the datamaster program and get the ALDL cables with a USB plug from Andrew Mattei at AKM cables or Gary at TTS systems from Datamaster. Good info and you get 20 free scans before the $85 lifetime software charge. It works great on my mod L-98 383 which DOES need a tune with 30 lbs injectors, etc, etc. They will help you a great deal. Good luck.

You need the DM35x8D file

ALDL to USB cable here $60
http://www.aldlcable.com/

Also considerr TunerPro RT ; unlimited datalogs
http://tunerpro.markmansur.com/downloadApp.htm

You download TP program ;
then download the two files (Bin Definition and ALDL Definition ) relevent to your vehicle (ECM # 1227730 )
