running rich

My engine is running very rich, i have a Golen 396 cui 558hp lt4 with long tub headers and 3" exhaust system.When i scan with my HP tuner bank 2 is very rich. The PCM is adding max fuel to this side 25%.Is it anyone out ther who can help me? Morten from NORWAY

Maybe try swapping the oxygen sensors from side to side to see if the problem moves?

I have tryed changing o2 sensors, same problem.

Header leak sucking air pass the O2 - try a new gasket; make sure it's torqued correctly.
