Default I don't understand how to get to these bolts to remove the rear bumper.

So I'm removing the rear bumper off my corvette [project car] to put another one I have, but I don't know how to remove it completely
I removed the 4 or 5 bolts along the side of the wheels but these I do not have the slightest clue how to reach. Can anyone help? I've included a picture to give you an idea of which one's I'm talking about.
thanks for any help in advanced.

You should delete this post and post under general, not under scan and tune section!

Removing the tail light light lenses will give you plenty of acccess
