Default nasty miss

my stock 86, manual has a nasty miss under acceleration, using DM I recorded about 15 min of driving. what relationships should I be looking at to help me diagnose this problem.
I have tested the EGR, new FIC bosch II injectors, no DTC errors
Thanks,
Tom
