trouble with my 91 idle

I have a 91 and the idle is good until i drive it then the idle goes up to1100-1500 it also goes up and down when you are sitting in park or neutral and wont settle down till i restart the car. The most recent thing i changed to fix it was the fuel pressure regulater diaphram. Any thoughts.
