Default Tune-up

So I got the vette back from the shop after getting the Distributor Cap, Rotor, Coil, Plugs, Wires, Fuel filter, and 8 Injectors(22.5Lb)

The car runs and sounds great, now when I rev it, it kinda pops and it feels like theres a lot of pressure and grumbling, is that normal?

its sounds amazing, and it Accelerates furiously and Smooth. No more Hesitation, the Idle is better(though it jumps a bit sometimes), and it sounds cleaner while cruising.

My major problem is that the MPG went way down, I get 19 on the highway at a very slow speed and I'm averaging 12.6 mpg... even with the few sprints on the highway..this is way to low..

should I take it back and have them check the ECM or what? I dont know whats wrong..I do need an oil change...but the air filter and PCV Valve are clean...

any input will be appreciated

I'm gonna bet your 02 sensor is poop, typically the first place we check when mileage go down, could be the cause of your other problem too.
