Start by reading the FAQ at the top of the C4 Scan & Tune forum.

Then use the Advanced Search to determine whether your

I haven't seen anywhere that can tune the 84. From what I have read it will be difficult to just use a laptop to view engine function. You will have to upgrade to a different ECM along with some wire hacking. Don't know if it's worth it.

you will need to purchase a cable. customefi.com or moates can set you up. BUT you cant change anything. just read engine diagnostics.

to change the bin you will need a 7747-8746 ECU that is adapted to stock harness. and the hardware software to burn a chip. check speedtronics for adaptation. check thirdgen.org DIYProm.
