Default Need alot of help

I datalogged my car yesterday. It's loaded with issues. IAC count had to stay maxxed out to drive it. It surged and sputtered at part throttle, it jump in and out of closed and open loops, BPW mS reading was in the yellow, and I had DTC 15 cool temp low etc. Could someone look at my logs and reccomend what I should/could do. I threw it into VEMasters but I wanted someone to look at the log before I use the VEMasters adjusted tune.

First thing you need to do is to correct DTC15. It appears that either you have a open circuit to the sensor or that the sensor is bad. Then datalog again and go from there. That error alone will cause the engine to remain in open loop or go in and out of open loop depending on how it fails.

The car is running pig rich. My LTerms are Pegged at 160. Could this be caused by temp sensor issue? If I buy a new sensor how can I first test the wires to insure that's not the real issue? Also I'm getting a temp reading from the sensor on the Datalog. If the sensor was bad wouldnt I be getting a bad reading or no reading?
