Default No cats

I have a '95 coupe LT-1. First vette ever for me. to put a custom tune will i need to burn a chip or get software to flash it like on my dads C5?

You need software and a cable, check out tuner cat. www.tunercat.com

For a cable I suggest: www.akmcables.com
