Default Re Tune

I recently had my car dyno tuned with the lt1 edit. The car had a stock 48mm throtle body. If I put on a 52mm throtle body will it change my tune? Will I gain any thing puting it on? My car is a LT4 with a Hot Cam, long tubes, adjustable fule preasure regulator and Corsa. Thanks

It shouldn't change it much. ON the autos it requires retune... well, its better with a retune how about that.
