I was told 94 when I bought it. I looked up leaf spring identification and it matches that year...

I am trying to find out if an 84 is the same as an 86. Does anyone know if the A-Arms will fit?

Thanks

I really think they are the same. I believe they went to the wider stance in the 90s
but check to make sure

- according to the factory parts manual, 1984-1987
A arm assemblies are the same part number - 14067598 (RH) and 14067597 (LH). there is one oddity though, Z51 assemblies are stamped accordingly (lower A-arm, bottom side near the ball joint), but seem to have the same part number as non-Z51 units. that puzzles me. if you are rebuilding the U/L arms, and as long as all bushing and ball joints are the same right to left, the base A-arm casting is common across the board. someone mentioned that Z51 cars got different bushings, but if that's the case, the general would have assigned a different and unique assembly part number. it could be that the Z51 stamping is only an RPO suspension identifier and has nothing to do with the A-arm assemblies at hand. who knows? steering knuckles are an altogether different story...
