You need a compatible c-beam, drive-shaft, slip-yoke (for transmission) and you can use the half-shafts and the rest of the suspension. D44 components are shorter but u-joint series remain the same.

You won't need a new slip yoke for your transmission, you can reuse the one you have, you will just have to move it to the new driveshaft. D44s are larger have a longer "nose" on them, that is why the c beam and driveshaft are shorter with them compared to a D36
