1989 auto trans coupe for parts, lots of great items on this C4. A short list of them provided below, please send a pm for prices, availability or any questions you may have. I personally drove this car home for about an hour, everything works, engine and trans are rock solid as well as suspension and brakes.

L98 engine complete with TPI, harness and ecm (HYPERTECH PROM)
(rebuilt aprx 18k miles ago, super strong and fast, no issues
Now parting engine out, short block has sold, the rest is still available.

Original 700r4 transmission, shifts perfectly, has Moroso pan SOLD

Front and rear suspension (full assemblies including brakes hub to hub)
New rack, new slotted/drilled rotors and pads all the way around.

Borla stainless exhaust cat back #140082, I believe these retail for around 700-800. Excellent condition with no dents, low miles.

unfortunately, this is another example of economics.
You take a great driver, an owner that isn't interested in driving an old car who is tired of fixing it, and couple that with the price of a good paint job, and it's either spend $3000 on paint plus another $1000 for tires, cross your fingers that you are going to get 30,000 miles out of the car, or sell it and get $5K or $6K towards something that is maintenance free for 3 years.
Today's econoboxes are the benefit of the last 25 years of computer assisted engineering, and our old corvettes are not competitive. They are slowly becoming extinct in just this manner...
maybe fewer cars will drive up the price of the remaining ones.
