Do you happen to have the cam card/specs of the cam?

Yes. 1985-1991 5.7L L98. I assume the 1984 model as well, but not sure on that specific year.

The car was built in early 1991 I believe, so who knows where the cam card is after 23 years-- if that was even provided back then.

All I know is the car pulled like a freight train all the way to redline and it really turned heads at a stop light.

Yes, the car was built as a high performance street car, as most LPE cars are and the car as a whole has 43k on the clock. The engine had far less however, since the car was driven about 1 1/2 years before the engine upgrade was done with new HP parts at LPE in 1991.

Check around on the forum, as I've already sold many HP parts off this car to folks here, where everything has been as advertised and priced fairly.

Does the cam have any engravings on the end? Found a chart with some old lingenfelter part numbers and specs. Was gonna try to cross reference.

It does have a bunch of stampings on the end, but some of them are kind of light and had to make out. When I get home from the office, I'll dig it out again and PM you with what it has. Looks like jibberish to me..

To answer some questions I've been asked via PM..

Pushrods: Comp Cams 7.200" Length, HD .080 Wall, 5/16" Diameter

Rocker Arms: Comp Cams Full Roller (tip & trunnion) Standard Fitment (use w/ pushrod guide plates) Stainless Steel, HD Pro Magnum Design, 1.52 Ratio, 3/8" stud

*All of these valve train parts were installed by LPE into a standard L98/5.7L/SBC Corvette engine block using ported factory L98 aluminum heads. Pretty common durable engine upgrade package done by them at that time. (383 SR)

Nahhh, you're a little light...

I've already come down $25, I'm eating the Paypal fees and now I'm eating shipping costs. $250 is more than fair for this amount of HP engine parts-- and wayyyy less than the standard "1/2 of new" rule of thumb.

I'd suggest an upgrade-- especially since this package was originally installed in a 383 with a SuperRam.

Last chance for this stuff..

We're pulling everything out of the garage this weekend to prepare for epoxy on floors and a complete repaint, so this stuff must go. I'm weary of tripping over it...

$200 and you cover shipping.

As anyone with half-a-brain knows...this offer is a STEAL for this grade of HP parts and after the weekend, they're getting tossed out w/ the other scrap metal stuff. I have no need for them and I'm certainly NOT stuffing them back into my freshly refinished garage.

Hi Ryan--

There is another guy South of Indy that spoke up first and he stated he wants the parts for sure. He's supposed to get them this coming Monday after the Easter Holiday, so if that falls through for whatever reason, the parts are yours if you still want them.
