In Search Of a LT1 Block!
I need a LT1 block for my new build. I would prefer a four bolt but I could work with a 4 bolt. Let me know what you have!

I'm in Wisconsin but if you are willing to ship it, I'll gladly pay shipping and for your time!

Better off buying a 2 bolts and having block machined and go with splayed caps. I have heard 4 bolts actually weaker then a 2 bolt.

Craigslist is your friend, there are at least 5 LT1 engines on the Milwaukee search. A few are shortblocks for $500 and one is an engine and trans for $800.

Thanks. I ended up finding one local for 200. I'm going splayed 2 bolt with front and rear straps.
