Are you wanting yours rebuilt or looking to buy "exchange"? Is there a particular problem with the one you have?

Most reliable is probably Turn One. They will rebuild yours. Cheapest they are not.

If your rack is just sticky or has that one spot when you are on the highway that feels like you are in a notch.

Get a bottle of Lucas Power Steering restorer suck out some old stuff and put the full bottle in.

When I had my 88 I was convinced I needed a rack, in the morning it was unsafe to drive because it stuck at times when the engine was idling low.

This stuff worked, I put it in ran the car a bit, turned the wheels all the way left and right and I put the car away, the next time I used the car and from then on I had no problems at all.

I had the car 6 more years without changing a rack, then the car sold after that I have no idea if anyone did anything to it.
