Default C4 Convertible Hard Top

Factory Hardtop for C4 Corvette. Get it for the Summer and keep the cool air from the AC in the car. I was told this is from an 89 but it fits my 90 and should fit up to 96. Comes with a roll-around storage stand and the Brackets and Bolts you will need to mount it to your car. The plug and cable for the Rear window defroster is in good shape as is the paint and headliner. $850. Located in Surprise AZ. Local P/U only.

Shame you're so far away. I could use that. Polo Green and closer would have been perfect.

No kidding, wish I lived closer, myself! That looks like a well-cared-for top, for sure. GLWTS

another free bump for some lucky person!

Default upside down?

Just a question I have about what I see in your pictures,
I have a cart just like that, and when I put my top on it,
I put the window side of the top to the bottom, since that
is the heaviest end of the hardtop, to prevent the rolling combo
from being top heavy, and it having the ability to topple over.

How do others do this? Doesn't matter? Just curious...

When I bought the top, the guy I bought it from had it stored that way.
I move it around the Garage and it seems very stable to me..

It would need to go "motor freight", and would need to be wrapped in taped foam panels for protection and probably palletized. Even then, high odds of damage. The mounting hardware would best go separately via UPS - so it doesn't get separated from the roof in the freight truck and lost forever.

This is the kind of piece that really does need to be picked up and put on the receiving car on the spot. Shipping is high risk.

I am going to get a hard top if it kills me. I have a very nice low mileage 1996 CE convertible . It needs a hard top to complete the package.

"EASILY"???

It took someone a lot of time, and considerable wood, to build that "corral".
