I want to replace my Distributor. After pulling the Ignition Module i found the inside of it loaded with corrosion. The grommet around the wires going in and out was missing and moisture got inside. Is there anything special i need to know ? Who on the forum sells them ?

I see no reason why you just couldn't disassemble and clean it, but if you just want a replacement try F parts on ebay.

Or you can call Contemporary Corvette in Bristol Pa, I'm sure they have what you need.

Or buy a rebuilt unit from Advance Auto for about $35.00, and move your components over to that new distributor...WW
