Default Sawblade Wheels

Corvette Sawblade wheels for sale off a 1992 Corvette. Wheels are in good condition, no major curb rashes, or balancing issues. Few marks here and there and some minor clear coat blemishes. Wheels are mounted with tires, but they're pretty much done for. Nearly bald but would be enough to mount on a car and drive it up to a shop to have them swapped out. The black on the lug nut covers and some maybe left on the wheel in the pictures is a product called plastidip, which is temporary and can be peeled off so it's the original color again(silver). I just quickly peeled most of it off and snapped some pics before sundown.

$200
Pick-up is obviously preferred, if needed to be shipped obviously tires will need to come off we can work something out for the cost of removal + disposal fees.

nice wheels.

An observation.....
Whoever balanced them with weights on the outside ought to get a slap in the back of the head!

Indeed, I never would have let that happen. This wheel/tire combo has been on the car since I bought it.. only have the wheels off before to have them balance checked at a friends shop and they were pretty much spot on with the weights already attached so I left them as-is.

Inside the wheel, sticky weights.

the correct way is for the wheel weights to be stuck to the inside of the wheel. Any decent tire shop has them and does it this way

There's absolutely nothing "wrong" in the weight placement on those wheels. Nothing! that particular wheel will NOT allow the placement of the out-side weight anywhere near where it's effective in a wheel balance operation.

I'd say that the "tire guy" did a pretty good job judging from the weight required to achieve the balance. Could the tire have been rotated to achieve less? Maybe.
