That part was used only '84 - '85 and it looks like from your image there's more missing. If it's being used on an '86 - '89 application the entire horn contact is different! Which year are you attempting to use it in?

I have the round piece with the pigtail. There is nothing for it to make contact with in the steering wheel.

I asked, what year? The eBay I posted is a complete horn contact for '84 - '85 only! '86 - '89 is NOT similar! The horn cap is different also. Steering wheels are also different, best I recall. You certainly could have a problem if you're attempting "to mix" the parts.

The Bold large font is "torture" to the functional human eye!!

The part your asking for is removable from the '84 - '85 contact I believe but your snapshot seems to be missing parts!
