While American Racing Equipment makes very good wheels, they are BBS knock-offs and not the real deal.
Here is a photo of my C4 with these wheels installed.

My zip code = 28226;
Your zip code = 07701;
Wheels weigh 17.2 lbs each - about 20 lbs each with box & packing;
Box dimensions are approximately 20"x20"x 15";
Total shipment weight is approximately 80 lbs.
There are LTL shippers running up and down the east coast all the time. You can go to auction sites like http://www.uship.com and place an order & truckers will bid on the shipment.
The US Post Office looks like about $25-$30 per wheel for standard postage.
Check it out and let me know what you decide to do.

Well - I'll let you do the "confirming" and I'll tell my friend for the time being to "sit tight"!
A 9.5" wheel through '87 MY has an offset of 38mm
An '88 or later 9.5" wheel regardless of diameter had a 56mm offset. The wheels you have can do "one or the other" NOT BOTH. That's FACT !!
Perhaps since you don't understand, what year is the 'vert in your "snapshot"! That will answer the questions for my friend and others.

To answer your questions I took a couple of photos of one of my four BBS wheels. This photo is a good representative of what all the wheels look like. One photo is with a flash and the other is no-flash. The third photo is of the details inside the hub area. I think that the ET 36 stamping is the off-set dimension. However, I don't know for sure if this information is correct.
I have also posted a few comparative photos of the car with the original 9.5" wheels & OEM Gatorbacks and the car with the 10" BBS wheels, also with OEM Gatorbacks.
Hope this clarifies things a bit.

As you can see the wheels are in very good condition.
