It is an entire assy. Includes the antenna, motor, rubber boot that wraps the unit, wiring harness, the rubber grommet that goes through the fender, and about 200'
of coax to get to the back of the radio. the price is $15.00 plus shipping.

Will sell either side for $60.00. I feel the difference is justified due to the extra packaging. PM me if you are interested. They worked fine when they were removed from the car a couple years ago. They have been in dry storage ever since.
