Melting Slicks
On ebay, I found a GM kit that has all the timing cover seals and gaskets for about 48 bucks, I will likely go that route as I am not sure what one is leaking, maybe all of them.
I noticed other service tools there as well. Do you recommend what appears to be a seal installation tool for the crank seal? I also noticed a recommendation to use a Kent tool to remove the crank hub. I don't have a service manual so I don't know which tool numbers apply to which vehicles/engines. I don't mind spending a little extra money to do the job correctly, however, I noticed some of those hub pullers cost 400+ dollars....
I know my way around a C3 and have all the tools for that, the C4 in another story. Thanks!
