I have a 1989 and the fog buld for mine is also 880 and if you go to any acc. shops they sell pleny of them in all colors as a full kit with the ballast and bulbs and everything just ask for the full kit. It cost about $100-120 If they ask for more money there ripping you off.

Try and return it when it doesn't work.

I bought mine at a local shop for $85, and love them. Just did the headlight conversion too. Hello night vision!!!

Returning items from ebay sellers isn't hard at all, you have to look at the return policy in the auction. Buying on ebay is only slightly different than buying from any online seller. Plus with ebay if you have a dispute ebay will usually refund your money pretty quickly.

I have 3 sets from ebay. One of the kits came with a bad bulb, contacted seller and they mailed me a free PAIR of bulbs, AND ten dollars for my "troubles" of not being able to use them for a few days.

If you threaten to offer negative feedback to "power sellers" on ebay, that is basically like telling them they are going straight to hell, they take it more serious than anything and are willing to do almost anything to not receive negative feedback.

If you pay with paypal, they will go to war for you as well

HID Country. Google it. I have used multiple fog and headlight sets from them for years on all my vehicles. Great for price. Come with 1 yr warranty or you can purchase a lifetime warranty for a little extra. Good luck.

Default HID Fog lights

Is it unreasonable to think you could drive with HID fog lights (35 Watts) and not use the regular headlights?
Any experiences as to what the differences are?
I don't want to blind oncoming drivers, and I rarely use my high beams.

Is installation easy?
Thanks!

They are bright enough, but the fogs are aimed alot lower so they dont shoot far enough down the road.

Thanks for the reply. I don't care for the look of the car with the headlights up, but I guess there's no (cheap!) alternative.

I do it all the time but you should check your local laws regarding headlights at night.

Installation is very easy.
