I'm interested in the ZR1 prom. Does the same prom really cover all three years? What power increases can be expected from this prom? Will the radiator work in an '88? Is the ZR1 radiator bigger than an L98 radiator?

If the prom fits a 91 then I am interested. I thought the brake on these were 90-91 and 92-95 but I could be mistaken. Let me know if the chip will work and not already sold.

Thanks!

I'll take the stock ZR1 rotors if they are not spoken for. Email me with directions as to how you want me to send the payment. I want them sent to me by Priority Mail.

I checked on this with Peter from DRM and 90,91,92 all use different proms. The 93-95s are the same. So if this fits a 91 I am very interested. An interesting side note I got from Peter is that all the ZR1's tend to be setup to run rich so the exhaust and cats will remain cool. When you add headers and a chip what you are doing is improving the flow of course, but the chip also leans out the mixture as well resulting in even more horsepower. Let me know if this will work with a 91 Ron.

I'll get some tire pics out. my mistake on the prom. I guess it's a 90 only. that makes sense as I know they changed the "power key" function.

thanks for the tip. the stock rotors are actually still on my 95. I will get the either the rear baer rotors and install the fronts I have now, or a complete new set. I will keep you guys posted and try to get the pics out this weekend.

sorry for the confusion on the eprom. it's correct that it's for a 90 only.

thanks!!!

Ron,

Others,

I have a DRM chip that I had burned for my 91 ZR-1 about a year ago and decided to go with another tuners chip due to additional mods so I have a DRM chip that was used for only about a dozen passes at the strip. This chip shaved off 4 tenths from my previous et's. I paid $375 for it and will take $200.00 and I'll pick up shipping.

RK, what's the deal on tires? Have they been sold yet? Thanks.
