These are hard to find and will fit the 84-87 C4s.
Here are some I had on an 87 that I painted body color:
I used trim adhesive to glue in some 84 centers to mine. They stayed on quite well.
I also had some on an 86 I used to own. I still see the car around town with the same rims.

The spinners came with the wheels when I bought the 86 at a Corvette used car lot. The wheels were sitting over in a corner and I told the salesman I would only buy the car if he took off the factory rims and included the Rikens in the sale.
The Rikens on my 87 came from a Forum member in Texas. They had no center caps so I bought a set of 84 center caps from another Forum member and used 3M trim adhesive to hold them on. They fit perfectly but the clips on the 84 centers would not grip the wheels. That is why I used the glue.
I am going to link this to the C4 General site so you can get more exposure.

a little fyi here - i sold a nice set of silver center'd rikens last year for $300 (w/ old, usless tires). sold them to a used car lot that was trying to move a really nasty 90 coupe (i know, different size and offset, but the dealer either didn't know or didn't care). i got rid of mine because the selection of performance 255-50R16 tires is about nil. also, the riken center caps go for a primium - i once saw a set of center caps go on fleabay for around $105 - . looks like people that have missing center caps can work around that issue though. if you were closer, i'd consider a trade - i have a set of nice 87 16X9.5 wheels with caps, but shipping wheels around just isn't worth the additional cost. BTW, are your rikens 8.5's or 9.5's?
here's a pic of my 85 with the rikens -
