These heads have around 12k mi on them ... I bought them bare , NEW in '01 , they were kiss-cut to make them flat ... 3 angle valve grind ...Manley Stainless valves ... NO PORTING ... also , the 1.46 Manley dual valve springs , Titanium 10* retainers , spring cups & locks are NOT included , I will , however sell them with or separately for $ 300.00 .... bought a set of AFR 1040's ..... $ 450.00 for the heads with valves .. shipping included to the lower 48 ..... $ 750 with the springs

Here are the spring specs : Manley 22407-16 double with damper
1.437 OD ... .720 ID ... 135# @ 1.800
350# @ 1.250 391# /in
CB @ 1.085

I'd say .650 lift @ 1.800 installed height would be safe ... with stock length valves on these heads and .062 cup height the installed height
is 1.760 .... reducing max lift to .610 ... I was running .522 no sweat
The Titanium retainers are Manley part # 23630 cup # 42126
