One small dent, not much it is barely noticable unless you really look for it.

found a roller block bored/stroked for a 383 for sale about 70 miles away for 175 dollars!
You can bet your *** i'm going after that, because i can't even have my block machined for that much.

very good news,pressure test the block if has leaks,or check for wear,maybe its not what you need,try to inspect it with some experienced machinist.-
