I checked around and found out it involves a lot of red tape to cut trough to get the motor over here 
Not to mention how to make a safe transaction for both parties...
One thing I know for sure is that Shafiroff can ship a complete Engine in a 40 x 39 x 45 crate for $1150 to my location by air freight.
