Default FS: RARE SLP TPI T-Ram Intake

This is no longer for sale.

Rare TPI T-Ram intake, made by SLP in the early 90's for the Firebird Firehawk. It was sold "over the counter" by SLP vendors but it is rumored that only 200-250 were sold. This intake is the best of both worlds, it retains the broad torque curve the TPI was famous for but it extends it all the way to 5800 rpms, it does not fall off like the factory manifold.

Wow, a T-ram, don't see many of these. Any pics? I'm sure a lot of people would be interested to see this interesting intake.

I will post pics tonight. Not sure about it being legal in CA. Gaskets on it are in good shape. In place of them a thin layer of the correct RTV sealer could be used.

Definitely post some pics please! The T-Ram is one of the coolest looking intakes ever made for the small-block - I'd love to see some pics.

Here's a bump for ya in the mean time!

There was an article last year a reader bought a car with the SLP intake, the mag contacted SLP and yes they we low production numbers, something happened when the building burned down and resulted in the low #'s produced - Maybe Mojo knows more about the fire, that is his area

Not cheap but it is very rare and unique $1999.00 OBO, IMO only intake better to this day is the Holley SR.
