Default 1.6-1 self-aligning roller tips

Thanks PokerVette! They are sold and on there way to a new home!

I'm selling a set of 1.6-1 self-aligning roller tipped rockers. They have appx. 10k miles on them, they were installed on my '84. They fit under the stock valve covers with no mods needed. The effect was amazing. My 1/4 time went from 15.2 to 14.7, the car was otherwise stock at that time. I'm installing a 383 w/full rollers so these are no longer needed. I'll try to get some pics tomorrow and post them also. 70.00 plus shipping.

Thanks PokerVette! They are sold and on there way to a new home!

I didn't think that self-aligning rockers were used with the iron heads. Am I wrong again?

Default can-o-worms

Apparently you don't need 'em, but I was told I did. SO..., that is what I bought and used. Used them without issue and they made more useful/noticable power everywhere in the powerband. The simple math says they added 18-21hp based on the 1/4 improvement in speed and ET. That was on my 84 Crossfire. Same heads as the 85 TPI if I remember correctly.
