so the party of the first part in reference to the advertised item placed a reservation on the party of the second part's request for primary consideration of the advertised party of the first part's parts. The party of the third part was unaware of the party of the second part placing such reservation divulged interest and was promptly informed the party of the first part was holding the party of the second part's considered parts for remuneration and shipment. Where as the party of the third part had diminished hopes of the party of the first part's parts were to be conveyed in a timely fashion and interest in the aforementioned parts waned greatly.
The party of the second part sought justification for the party of the first part's actions in holding the sale ransom in preparation for communication to commence whereupon communication failed to materialize. The party of the fourth part lacked interest in the aforementioned parts with interest equal to the party of the second part and the party of the third part showed such disinterest as to equal the inability of the party of the fourth part to actually acquire the attention of the party of the first part who was engaged in a contest of justification in which total interest in the party of the first part's parts was lost.
Well that's how I see it anyway.

Exactly. Screw "mister nice guy" first dib's reservation policy and it's empty promises. The seller assumes all risk & the buyer laughs it off. The new Corvetteforum policy allows the seller full protection against impulsive and/or mindless shoppers who change their mind overnight & back out. Next time I will take FULL advantage of the new policy. Unethical buyers make it tough for all of us.

The moral to this thread is "take the first money you see and run".

Actually you had my email address (post#1), yet you refused to provide yours. In post #1, I also asked buyers to email me but you flatly refused. I asked buyers not to use PM in post#1 , so you used PM. You screwed things up by trying to defy EVERY written request & then pulled out of the transaction. You as the buyer can not override or ignore supplemental terms & conditions stated by the seller in post #1. Changes need to be negotiated. FYI, the instructions I provided in post#1 conform to the Corvetteforum seller guidelines and they applied to ALL BUYERS. You can not alter the seller's payment method and alter communications to suit you. Again, the SELLER shall determine the payment method(s), not the buyer. I wanted to treat all buyers equally & fairly. Barney the purple dinosaur says you're special, but he lied.

For the nth time, I did not want multiple buyers racing to send paypal money. Payment was to be made via invoicing only. "Requesting Money" prevents multiple payments. "Sending Money" allows multiple payments. I wanted to request money via email invoicing from a single individual, namely you. Your defiant, arrogant attitude and secret email address made that impossible. Can you read? Can you comprehend? Can you follow instructions? The answer is NO.

Since you forgot, I already said the following:

When folks advertize stuff for sale and communicate via PM, they can get multiple interested parties and multiple Paypal payments may be forwarded from buyers for a single item. I was trying to avoid a payment race & crediting nightmare. Invoicing and awarding the sale to one individual via email prevents those problems because only 1 buyer can pay. I was trying invoice you, but I could not get you to send me an email with the necessary info. I had 3 emails from other folks at that point & I still did not have your email address for paypal invoicing.

Conclusion:

Once you commit to buying something, changing your mind or walking out on the purchase and screwing the seller is not ethical. The item is yours and you are obligated to pay, unless it was falsely represented. It does not matter if it's a bag of plastic caps or four ZR1 wheels. Know what you want, do your homework, follow instructions and quit screwing with sellers. Your reputation would be a big zero on any auction site, if you behaved in this fashion.

Geez!!! I am sure you would get thousands of $25 payments from WA regarding nut caps. You are funny!!! Let's not let this die a natural death. We can keep it going forever. Won't that be fun!!!

You must have been standing at a pulpit when you composed your master pieces.

My Motto: KISS - Keep it simple _______!!!!

Oh well, guess the nut covers are gone and still no paypal address.

Wrong again! I got paypal addresses from all buyers who chose paypal & they already received their merchandise.

You are not a buyer & it's clear you have NO package (lol).

It is my hope that forum administrators watched your antics in this thread and realize that you backed out of multiple deals with multiple sellers. Interested parties should not string sellers along and/or bully sellers into changing all payment, shipping and communications terms. The world does not revolve around you....at least my little piece of it.
