14k miles on this 383 SB and Dart Pro heads, still on my car expect another 1k miles on it before i will take em off.

The reason i would like to go a diff plan and may be 396 and new AFR Eliminator heads with bigger Cam.

SB:

383 stroker with 30 bored over on a 94 chevy #638 casting Roller block.
4 bolt main, 1 pc rearseal.
3.75 Scat steel crankshaft (not forged)
6.0 L "I" rods (Forged)
SRP forged pistons 10.7:1 compression with 65cc heads.
Lpe 219 cam degreed.
GM Roller lifters .
Lpe cloyes true roller Timing chain.
standard checy oil pan with passenger side dip stick,
M155 standard oil pump and pickup.
Clevite 77 bearings and Sealed power moly Rings.

Heads:

Dart pro Al Heads:

200cc, L98 angle plug, 2.02/1.6, 10 Deg Ti Retainers, 1.46 Dual valve springs that supports upto .620 lift.

$800.00

Buy both for $2100.00

Compression is 192-200 psi on all cyl and Leak down test was <5% on all cylinders, i know motor is healthy n strong.

Ran 2 times and did 13.08/108.8 mph with crappy 2.32 "60" ft time, still learning how to launch n stuff.

Here are some pics:

Sami bought the shortblock from a guy in California(I think). I had no control over the block and it's contents.
I did the following for Sami:
Installed the cam and degreed it.
Checked the lift on each lobe to be confident it was made correctly.
I triple checked the rod to cam clearance and rod to block clearance. There is a minimum of .050 between anything that moves.
Blueprinted and installed the pump and arp shaft
Relieved the block for timing chain clearance
Installed rear seal adapter , oil filter adapter and timing cover/oil pan.
Installed a Jeg's pick up retainer on the pump
Painted the block externals
Installed flexplate and balancer supplied by block builder

Disassembled heads and inspected
Installed teflon seals
Lapped valves
checked guide to stem clearances
Set up heads with new springs to correctly installed heights
Determined the length of the custom pushrods
Assembled the lower intake, and super ram intake

"need for speed" thats the puter game i play everyday before i go bed, my fav car is Mclaren.

yes im hooked and wanna go bigger cubes, cam, heads.

As i said in my post it might take another month by the time we disassemble motor and iam still driving this car.

Who knows i might not go another motor, but most likely iam.

It will take another couple days before i decide to go another motor or not but i will update here what my decision is.

Just want to see the response before i decide to go another motor, looks like it will sell quickly for sure.

The member who dips first will be asked first.

Give me another 2-3 days to let u folks know about if iam going to sell.

Paypal fee 3% will be extra if u wanna pay paypal and plus shipping.

Sami.
