Will the F/R sway bar make a noticable difference on a stock 85?

Should...but whether it makes a difference depends entirely on what size your current sway bar is.

I'm interested in the rear springand the rear sway bar..

I'm a little confused. You list the rear sway bar as FX3/Z51 and 22 mm.
The chart I have lists the Z51 bar as 26 mm and the FX3 bar as 24. Neither are 22.
I would like the bar either way but I need the rear spring to be a Z51 spring, not an FX3 spring.
The FX3 spring has the same spring rate as the spring I have now.
What is the code off the spring?
