Last I knew Jordan's ZR1 was on display at the Vola Auto Museum outside of Chicago.

Jimi Hendrix had one, but not for long. I heard he was a horrible driver, and totalled it, a C3 if I remember right...

Shannon Wilsey AKA "Savannah" (The **** star) had an 86 but she crashed it, then blew her brains out all over her garage. She figured that the crash messed up her face too much to continue in ****.

What a waste of a beautiful woman, and a beautiful custom Vette

I guess the worst part of it was for all the bad stuff he'd been into in the past, it was some other idiot driving drunk that did him in.

IIRC, he was in an '89 Turbo Pace Car GTA - the white one with the GN 3.8L, faster than a Vette

The drummer from Def Leppard was showing off to a girl driving from the tee tops and crashed into a wall. LOst both his arms it was in the 80's have now Idea what year the vette was.
Dan Blocker also had a souped up vette my dad went into a parts store when I was about 3 that was back in 66, My dad went in to the parts store and to get a few parts for his vette. And ran into him wack right into his chest he took one look at me and grabbed me out of my dads arms and my dad chased him around the store for a half hour trying to get me back. My dad said how do you go up to a star that hands are as big as you have every seen and say give me my daughter back. lol

The drummer to Def Lepard lost his arm when he flipped his C4 racing a Aston Martin around a corner. The seatbelt cut his arm off..... Dan Marino used to have a red ZR-1 i saw it in Dupont Registry.

Rick Allen drums with his nose and schwanz now...

BTW, the accident occured in late 1984, so his Vette was either an 84 or an 85. Interestingly, in the Def Leppard TV movie that came out a couple of years ago, the C4 they portrayed him to be driving had the thicker steering wheel, which didn't debut until 1986. A technical error that only a Vette person would have picked out.

And yes, he continues to drum for Def Leppard to this day..

He was the host of the original "Today" Show and also was the
narrator and host of General Motors Promotional Movie that
introduced the 1953 Corvette to the American public. I know,
because I have a copy of the original film transfered to DVD.
It was about 12 minutes long and showed the 1953 in all it's
white glory.
