Lap Belt locks up and won't unlock...
I'll be racing around and in a small g turn and hit some bumps and the lap belt locks up and won't unlock unless I unlatch and retract the whole shoulder/lap set up.
Is this normal?

Thats normal. There is also a button that you can press to cinch them without doing the high g turn. On long trips I like to cinch them, it makes me feel more like i'm driving...
