Official reference for clutch squeek / GM fluid?
Hi. I've read on here about using the GM P/N 12345347 clutch fluid. I was wondering if there is a specific TSB or offical GM recommendation for this?
Thanks!

Re: Official reference for clutch squeek / GM fluid? (bogus)
Thanks. Now that I'm home, I was able to pull out the service manual for my car ('92 LT1 coupe) and check in there for references. This is what I found:
In the section for bleeding the clutch hydraulic system: "2. Fill master cylinder reservoir with new brake fluid conforming to DOT3. Use of clutch hydraulic fluid GM P/N 12345347 is preferred over standard DOT3 to prevent squeeking in the master cylinder."
Also, in the section for troubleshooting clutch issues, is a subsection for "Squeeky Clutch Pedal". There are 4 possible causes. The first is: "DOT3 fluid affecting the system". The corrective action for that cause is: "Draing and refill system with GM P/N 12345347".
