If there's rain in the forecast I won't drive it. Unfortunately, the weather forecasters usually get the forecast wrong and it pours :cry

I drive it in the rain, snow, sleet, hail, whatever, I don't care. It's a car. It's also my only car, so what choice do I have? If it rains, so what. A dirty Corvette kind of turns me on. It says to me, "Shut up and drive." A clean one says "Treat me gently." So...quit being a pansy

If my car's in the garage and it's raining outside, I won't take it out. But if I'm away from home and it starts to rain on the car, it's not a big deal.

The only reason I don't drive mine in the rain right now is because I'm afraid of drowning! Once I fix the leaks I'll drive it rain or shine. I like driving on wet roads right after the rain just to spin the tires from a roll without really standing on it. Don't ask me why. I guess it's like playing in the rain for grownup kids!

Mine hasn't seen rain yet. I intend to keep it that way.
To be honest, I don't know if the wipers work, never used them. :flag

Rain, snow, so what? Last I looked they were still making them. Use it up buy another. They weren't made to last forever and they certanly weren't made to stay clean on the bottom.
Frankly, an LT1 or 4 doesn't have enough power to be a problem in the rain, with just a little attention. Any car can be a problem in snow if you aren't accustomed to driving in snow.

If you've ever driven down the highway in a vette with 1/2 worn BFG Drag Radials in the pouring rain, that stock LT1 feels like it's got 450 hp. This happened to me once. I went no faster than 50 mph, it felt like it took me forever to get home.

Everything but snow is fine with me. I actually tried to drive it last winter with snow on the ground but couldn't get it to move once I was on the street (driveway was clear). Fifteen minutes of continually burning rubber through the ice I was back in the garage. Neighbors had to love that!
