Here's one site that has a national club listing. http://www.idavette.net
I don't think it is always current but a good starter. Another one is from Vette Magazine http://www.vetteweb.com They hav just published a list in their August issue.

You'll usually find that clubs with websites will also have links to other area clubs on a links section or page. A bit of surfing should get you a lot of information.
