My car was rescued from an abusive home when it was 3. When I bought it after a lease turn-in in August of 1986, it had 39,000 miles on it, gouges out of the passenger door, a broken sideview mirror and a few deep scratches. I found paper work in the glovebox for replacing the power antenna and the entire exhaust system. The thing was only 3 years old and I had to rescue it! I got a good deal and had most of the bodywork done as part of the deal. Last year=new paint and seat covers, this year=new rims and 17" tires.....91,000 miles and another rebirth :lol: Hmmm, now that I think of it, I never spent a large amount of money on it until I came to this forum!!! ;)

2nd......first owner took good care of it.......no abuse.....just some minor surface scratching......plus all the money I'm sinking into it.....makes it fun.....;)

3rd owner of the 93. 1st was an Air Force retiree. 2nd was Bubba. Now as the 3rd owner, I'm fixing all that was neglected by Bubba. Nothing big but a few odds and ends.

First owner was a nite club owner.
Second owner was an excutive at Gateway Computers.
The third owner is me. I'm a program director of a radio station. :auto:

Technically I am the third owner
The first owner was an executive at Komatsu
The second owner was my dad and when he passed away I took the car and it will never leave my hands (has even more sentimental value than just being a vette). :yesnod:

Technically I am the 4th, but the 2nd and 3rd owners only had her for a combined total of 6 weeks and put less than 100 miles on her. The first owner was a little old lady who only drove it to church on Sunday, and the grocery store occasionally. :yesnod:
