Wiring 95 c4
So I had a small fire.
1. Does somebody sell just the clip for me to replace?
2. Does somebody manufacture an entire engine wiring harness I can replace while my motor is out? I am sure once the motors out and I dive into it. I知 gonna have some other wires. I知 gonna need to splice and would rather replace the whole harness.

Several places sell them.

Best bet is to find an entire replacement harness on eBay or from a salvage yard. Just make sure it has the same option configuration. Transmission, AC.

Is the damage limited to the 2 'strain reliefs' in your snapshot and those 2 PCM connectors?

i will call it the back cover of the plug.
chump vette's solution might be the easiest.
I am also wondering if someone sells a replacement engine harness thats a direct plug and play. Painless looks like it might be a standalone meant for swaps.

You can buy separate pieces to do as you wish with the PCM connectors.
Do you have the FSM? 8A-202-9 will have the details for the parts and there's several vendors for the pieces. Mouser is mentioned often and someone bought recently from them and the shipping was very reasonable. Like ChumpVette mentioned you need to match year, transmission and the AC type 'combination' if shopping harness. A4, M6, C60 and C68 combinations are different.
