Yes or no?
Trying something out and I'm not sure how I feel about it yet maybe you guys can give me some feedback. Wanted to do something a little different on my trim pieces for my 87 convertible. Here's the first piece I did fairly quick just to see how it will look.

I think you will be happy with it, looks good to me, when I had C4 I went with Burl-wood package.

Looks nice. Has anyone hydro dipped their center cosole/dash parts instead of wrapping them?

I like it, my only concern would be where you "stop" wrapping. I think you would have to do the entire dash bezel as well, but then the breadbox on the PS would be an issue. Please post pics of your progress.

I’ve got several parts on my C6 hydro dipped carbon and am very happy with it. My guy does outstanding work, with clear coat it acts almost like a paint job.
Was thinking about doing some on the C4 but get stuck on that “period correct” train of thought..

Sorry for the delay, broke my phone, and then my back-up the very next day. Sorry for the poor quality pics, will get better ones soon. Still have to touch up around vents and reinstall them all.
