I have a small oil leak seeping through one of the Stud bolts on my valve cover. Not a bad leak, but 2 studs are wet with oil coming from below and all the rest dry. What is fix for this? Also, what Star size is used to install or remove the bolt? My set stops just short of the right size unfortunately so can't remove the valve cover even if I wanted to replace gasket.

T50 is the torx for these. If the seals aren't shot, you can try just re-torquing them to 106 lbin and see if that works. Note that that's INCH-pounds, not foot-pounds. It's something like 8 ftlbs.
You can use an Allen key to tighten or loosen torx bolts also. Each of those bolt holes have a grommet/gasket which seals the oil inside the valve cover. The Fel-Pro valve cover gasket kits come with those.
