2021 C4 of the Year - Modified Finalist
I think the 95 vette is a desirable car, alot of things were improved and or changed as the car went through its 12 year production. auto or manual?

Date code the tires. You could be looking at dropping a grand on it before you even drive it.
Hard to give opinions on value for it with such limited information and no pictures.

$8000 for a 95 that has been maintained and everything works (motor and electrical wise) is a pretty good price. The two main items that made me pull the trigger on my 95 was it was well maintained and it was a one owner car. Don't find many C-4's that can claim that.
