That is Merlin5222's car. Spent like 2 years and $250k building it and is now selling it right after finishing it.

I don't have the money for that car, but if he's looking to give it to someone. I'm more than willing to give it a good home. :hat

I don't get it. He invests 250k in the car and didn't make it custom for himself so that his legs can fit properly??? For that kind of change and time, I'd make it custom fit every pore and hair on my ****. LOL. I'm suprised he's selling it for so little.

Since there's no such thing as overkill... nice. :D

I agree, what was the poor fellow thinking with the seats? That is a monster- if I lived out west that might just be the Vette for me, but in sub-50mph suburbia, I'd just be wasting gas. :(

Tis a shame, I hope he gets a decent price for it.

:iagree:  Or can't he somehow alter it? If I was putting that much into a car...it would fit me to a T. :smash:

I have been following his site from the day he started building that car. At every junction along the way he would update the site with stories and pictures, and it was very interesting to keep up with the build. I just hate to see the man sell the car. I know the company he works for is gonna downgrade employees & salaries but this man put the past 2 years of his life into it. I wish he could get enough tax benefit by donating it to the corvette museum, it would be awesome to see that powerful vette.

Can you imagine using that as a daily driver
