Thank you, Daniel
My VIN falls within that range so is there a way to ascertain if the recall has been done to my vehicle? As I stated above I do not have a sticker on my car. Is it too late to have the recall done as I notice the notice was dated in 2014?

I don’t believe I have a sticker either. Last week or whenever this first came up on the forms, was the first I knew about the recall and my car is in this range. I called a random Chevy dealer and asked about the recall and if my car had this done. To my surprise and the surprise of the service person on the phone, she found that my car had the recall done, what dealership it was done at, and the date it was done, and how many miles where on the car at the time the recall had been completed. In my case, my car has 112k on it now. At the time the recall was done in 2001, it had 52.5k on it. Call a dealer and see if they can help you out. Good luck
