C4 Weatherstripping
Hi everyone, I have a '92 convertible in need of new weatherstripping, but have been unable to find anyone in northern NJ willing to do it. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks - much appreciated!

The guy that did mine worked at PC Richards on rt17 . He installed radios for customers and also worked at a local place near his home. It wasn't that cheap ($80 per hour), but he did a good job. I'll see if I can find his card and let you know

Call Brian at 973-610-9852 You can mention he did the weathertripping on my silver vette (Tom) and he installed my buddy's stereo in his Black, convertable vette (Nick)
He might not remember us, but you can go from there

Do it yourself
i asked a guy to do mine when replacing my vert top .
he is well known on doing great jobs on vert tops. Even did the glass rear window conversion.
however he half a$$ed the weather strip install. He didnt bother to clean out the old glue in the channels. Stripped a couple screws out. So I had to re- do it myself
luckily he used a silicone type adhesive i could peel off the weatherstrip pieces and reuse them - putting them into clean channels with appropriate adhesive
