Shinoda Mears C4 Body Kit Help
A friend has offered sell me an original 90's Shinoda / Mears C4 body kit, it is still in the boxes, I think it is the only kit that actually made the C4's look better than stock, I have no idea of the value, what should I offer him for it ? or what would be a fair price to ask for it if I just help him sell it ?

Contact Lingenfelter and ask them that question. Here is the one they have on display at their shop:

As a kit from the 80s/90s, I like them. But I like the Callaway Aerobody so much more. And that one was proven to work/be effective.

The kit was. 5k.or so. 3k to install and 1k paint in 91 so roughly 10k.on top of 32k + for the car had a lot to do with it's rarity. There's not alot of information about the kit. Williams - Shinoda c4 other than Shinoda designed it and Williams made the kit.

I saw the same exchange of Facebook. I don't think the person offering it would mind having his name and rough geographic area mentioned. So...Ted Dagiel is in Naperville (IL). I'm not sure if he owns the kit or is marketing it for someone else. The price mentioned in parts of the exchange was around $6000.
Another part of the exchange mentioned that the kit was purchased as a "spare" by the person who bought the yellow Shinoda-Williams car from D&M Corvette, in Illinois. That person seems to have been Jason Sisek...same approximate geographic area.
There is lots of information on these cars available. I have done one article on them and I know other people have had stories printed about their own cars.
