Re: Garage Floor (Nassau Blue C5)
another option would be to have your garage floor coated with the same stuff that is used for spray in truck bed linings. there are portable units available now and they can do anything from patterns to scenes. and they will warrenty the coatings for 20 years.

Re: Garage Floor (MIke350)
Probably the cheapest way would be cement floor paint ........ from Lowes or Home Depot or others........... then it could be touched up every now and then ........ I agree that is a gorgeous floor........ someone on here has a pic of a garage like that in their sig..........with TWO Corvettes in it....... maybe he'll tell us what HE used :seeya

Re: Garage Floor (Nassau Blue C5)
I think that the guy in Louisville with the 2 vettes used vinyl roll flooring. It cost him about $200 and he said that the Corvettes don't go out in the rain so, the floor dosen't get wet or slippery.
As soon as I get my Crapiler rebuilt (see pic) I am going to do 18" tiles. They are $1.68 a piece and they stick down on the floor. The only drawback to this method is the cracks in between the tiles. I actually use my garage and I am afraid of oil and crap getting stuck in the cracks.
I have NOT been able to find sheets of vinyl. That's what I would probably use if i can find squares big enough. I would really like each square to be 12" by 12". But I AM going to do it.
I would love any other ideas!! :yesnod:

Yea, I think that is Zora. That has always been a goal of mine to clean up the garage and put down tile or something. I would also like to put the Corvette Logo in the middle. I will probably do this when I retire and the kids, bikes, bats, ***** add all of that stuff is gone. Guy

Re: Garage Floor (Nassau Blue C5)
WOW! They are expensive !!!! 3.50 for a 12 by 12 square!!! That is 1400 for a 20 by 20 garage. I would just rather paid the garage for $100 and touch it up once a year.
Any other ideas??

What's up?
Yeah.......It cost me $200-$300(24x24garage) for the tiles. Took two of us around 8 hrs to complete and a case of Beer  .
I pressure washed the floor then primed it......the tile used on my floor are the self stick type. You should have No problems as long as the floor is prep right. I need to up date my pic....I installed cabinets since this pic was taken.
Anymore ??? just let me know.

I think Zora did it right. I would pass on the beer. Dr. Pepper for me. Outside of that, thats' my spring project when my Crapiler gets done.

Re: Garage Floor (BrianandDenise)
My garage is done the same way as Zora's. Except, it's not a garage, we turned it into a room. It was very easy. (We switched it from crappy carpet to this stuff just recently) It took a weekend to do, but it's REALLY worth it! When I move out, I'm going to do it to THAT house aswell.

Re: Garage Floor (Nassau Blue C5)
I've thought about all of the options previously stated. Motormat looks like the nicest way to go. But waaaaaay to expensive. If you paint with a decent 2 part epoxy garage floor paint it is still going to cost you $150-$200. And you will be painting it again in 2-3 years. The tile thing looks good but how well will it hold up? For these reasons I am going with http://www.sportwing.com/garagefloor/ . For $400 I can do my 2 car garage. What do ya think?

Did i miss It? I only saw one color on the link that you posted. Are you going to checkerboard that? Looks like dirt would sit in the cracks. JMO
